I haven't really followed the whole gamer fitness thing but I just wanted to say congrats man& to keep at it. Just think how far along you'll be in another 2 months! It's gonna be worth ALL the hardwork.

Thanks man. It was a really fun 10 weeks. I am starting a contest with some guys at work and my goal is to lose another 30lbs in the next two months... but we are also doing body comp and i gotta drop 10% body fat and gain 8lbs of muscle also... so we will see what the next two months have in store for me. Thanks for the encouragement!

bro dont worry about the scale ! you are gonna gain weight because you're gaining muscle ! if you think you loo k better that's all that matters !!

Ya i am only 5'6" and i was up to 328, i'm at 289 now. From home to push ups and leg lifts. You can lift water filled milk containers (1 gallon) for biceps. Go walking everyday or jog if you can. If you start now you wont be like me doing it at age 32. Try to cut back on portion sizes. You can also go talk to your doctor. he can give you more advice and also tell you how many calories you should be eating in order to lose 30lbs in a certain amount of time. think positively and unchain yourself!

Thanks bro. I did a whole bunch of different stuff. Mainly quit drinking dr pepper... cut my calories down to 2000, then 1900 then 1800 per day. currently on that. I work out just about every work day. I dont eat fried foods. Stay away from sweets. im just trying to be smart when i do eat pizza and stuff. small portions. I also talk about working out and other stuff in my other vids... and this one

i also do a lot of exercise bike. 20 min. 8 seconds pedal as fast as you can and 12 second slow down. Do you that for 20 min strait!!! kicks my butt!
