At a time when all we can do is hope for a better future than our current reality, it’s no surprise that the practice has got people’s attention. But does 'manifesting' actually work?

Manifestation does work but so many people have misconceptions about what it is. It's not a magical phenomenon that can make your desires and goals appear in front of you, what it really is is it's a motivation technique; it's meant to keep you motivated while you put in the effort to accomplish your goals, the more motivated you are the harder you will push yourself, therefore you are more likely you are to accomplish your goals. If you're not working towards your goals yourself but just hoping that things will just miraculously happen out of good luck, it's not gonna work.

I always felt the idea of manifestation weird because it indeed hurts you in the long term if you are not able to achieve your goal.

Here’s the thing. What do people have against positive thinking and positive self talk. People say manifesting does work forever science has proven that negative self talk leads to a depressed state. So what’s the alternative just be negative 🤷🏾‍♀️🤣 I’ve definitely seen manifesting work first hand and I was a hands down non believer. It all sounded like a load of crap but I said okay 21 days let’s try it. I saw enough charge in that 21 days in my life then I did without it so for me it was worth doing.

You can get a bunch of people living a fantasy that is not reality. You can’t just wish or imagine something into existence.

Lame! This is basically daily affirmations with burning incense and a cheesy name... It sounds like a spell from Hogwarts, as if they actually think they're using magic to make their wishes come true. To each, his own, though. I'm mostly just disappointed because I wanted to know what the pretty picture was all about ☹️
