How to record Zoom using ‘Record a separate audio file for each participant’

Zoom Video Meetings have allowed the host to ‘Record a separate audio file for each participant’ in settings. This means post audio editing is made so much easier having a separate audio track for each guest, participant and computer sound.

However, millions of new users are coming to zoom, so i bet many of them have never edited audio, like ever before. So this video and it's tips and case studies may help a little to troubleshoot if things go wrong.

I would NEVER like to be handed ONE audio file and be asked to clean it up, when i could be handed a single audio file for each user.

Thanks so much for this video. Does Zoom automatically record an overall master file for you when you record separately (Meaning you'd have the separate tracks AND the overall master audio)?

Question. What if you forgot to click “separate audio” before you started recording. Anyway of extracting the separate tracks in post?? Help!!

Thanks for this video. I have been trying to find out why separate audio tracks aren't possible for cloud recordings but it's a major drawback! Have you encountered this?
