Great bike, but 3 years on the market already. Waiting for the new version, hopefully with upgrades such as USB-C ports, internal cable routing, etc. Once that's out, I'll be among the first buyers for sure.

I was seriously considering purchasing this bike (just noticed it on Garmin's website) but after reading the comments here, i will definitely invest my money on some other bike.

Surely, if you are spending this amount of money, customer service or customer support should be available to help?

I got a neo bike 2 months ago, it got broken... pedals are not moving anything, completely disconnected... As we are in complete lockdown in Chile, there is no service for replacement... I am sooo sooo disappointed, no chance to go outside nor cycling inside

I would like to know if the data can also be downloaded on the Garmin Connect application, and if it can be read in real time by the Garmin Forerunner 945 watch. Thank you,

Pretty pathetic that simply because of the price people make irrelevant negative comments (with no first hand experience and likely aren't year-round cyclists). If the price is out of your budget and / or you would not use a stationary bike anyway, why comment?

Indoor cycling....about the same price as outdoor cycling without all those other people and sunblock 😂

I don't quite understand how this is revolutionary. Haven't exercise bikes been around for ages? I still prefer putting my bike on a trainer, much more budget friendly and its already dialed in to my measurements. If I want an exercise "stationary" bike experience I go to the gym for $10 a month. The ROI on something like this will never be realized,  at least in my needs as a recreational cyclist.
