I’m glad there are videos like this available. Before I got my first Ball Python I spent a long time watching reptile channels. By the time I got him I had a very good idea of what it would take to have a “happy” Ball Python. Well, a Ball Python that is as comfortable as possible living in captivity. So far he seems to be doing well. He’s amazing!🐍❤️🐍

You and Sterling helped me decide on a BP almost a year ago and she’s been a wonderful addition to the family. Your videos are so wonderful and helpful. Thank you!

I really like how you have all the temperatures and other numbers on screen as you talk about them. You even have the metric conversions. It makes everything easier for everyone who wants to learn. You've definitely earned a new subscriber :)

Thanks so much for having this video. I found a reptile vet close to me, so I'm prepared if my Pastel Banana Ball Python named Butters ever needs care!

Here's another thing as a new ball python owner that scared me is a little whistle while breathing before they're about into shed. When I got lace this scared me a lot cuz of upper respiratory infections but I don't worry as much anymore cuz I noticed it starts 2 to 3 days before her belly turns pink, she sheds then it's gone doesn't happen after till its time for sheding again

Thank you so much for this video!!! I’m picking up my male Pastave 4 1/2mo old tomorrow morning from the hub. I won him last week from a giveaway they had on YouTube. This isn’t my 1st bp, but it’s been about 7yrs since I’ve owned one & only had him for a few years before he passed. He was the best!! Back then I didn’t know anyone with reptiles. Now that I have a bearded dragon & started her an Instagram, I’ve met numerous breeders & keepers in the reptile community. I’m not sure what happened with my last bp Ozzie, but I know my new lil guy will be around for a very long time with the help from them, you & your videos!! So thank you so much for doing them!! 😊💚🐍💚😍

You are doing good with your videos! Good to see people of color doing videos like this and owning pets like this because you hardly see people like us doing it

Ugh! Hunger strikes! The struggle is SO real! My BP, Monty, goes off food from Nov to April every year. Even though it’s his ‘normal’ it still worries me! Great video!

If you got 50% humidity in your tank you definetly need hide thats more humid. Would rather go for 60-75 in your tank. Cool Video! Keep it up.

We got really lucky with Countryside Veterinary Clinic. It's nearby, takes exotic pets, and our dogs and guinea pigs already go there. So when I get my ball python, we'll already know where to take him.

Glad i found your videos, ive been looking into getting a ball python for about a month now and you brought up some points nobody else mentioned. Like having a vet picked out before i get my snake, which is a great idea for me since i live in a farming community and its a 6 hour drive to the nearest city that would have a reptile vet.
