Elon Musk just shared a simulation of what a crewed SpaceX flight could look like. The CEO tweeted SpaceX’s Crew Dragon capsule should be “physically ready” in February. But added it will probably take a few more months to complete safety tests.

SpaceX has been developing a reusable capsule to fly astronauts for NASA. It’s part of NASA’s Commercial Crew Program, which aims to end reliance on Russia’s spacecraft.

Since 2014, NASA has awarded more than $3.1 billion to SpaceX to create reusable capsules. The U.S. space agency also awarded billions to Boeing to do the same thing.

Both companies are close to completing work on capsules that can fly U.S. astronauts. SpaceX and Boeing completed critical tests of their respective capsules throughout 2019. One of the first crewed launches could happen in early 2020.

I swear the day they say hey anybody ready to go to MARS? The price is blank? I'm selling my House, Car, all I own, telling my family so long and I am ready to go!

In life you are lucky to even get one shot to do something great, and it is up to us to notice that shot.
