I am always inspired by your God given music. Such a wonderful gift. I am also a Christian in recovery from fear, anxiety, drugs, etc. God has been so good to me. This song was sent to me by my mother. PLEASE, please, pray for me. I'm struggling in a life that is such a mess, filled with anxiety, and fear. I lost a business that I was building with someone who I thought loved. Someone who I thought could love me. I'm trying to support myself all over again at the age of 40 with a job. I'm suffering with depression, anxiety, and suicide. I got to a point where I had to give my mother my gun for safe keeping. I'm surrounded by people in my home, but still feel so very alone. My mom is in the last stages of life in this world with pancreatic cancer. Seeing my mom suffer has been excruciating and can lead to feelings of hopelessness and anguish. I have always loved this hymn. But this rendition hits different. I have struggled with forgiveness of myself and others. Moreover, I have struggled with my relationship with God. But this song has brought me to my knees and I pray God forgives me for not trusting him.
