I think there is a difference in using an item in its totality vs. being abusive. Sometimes when we immerse ourselves deeply it is the only way the old parts of our selves are allowed to be shed. All the best!

I really think you would benefit from having tabs and sticky notes on your pages. If you have a Daiso near you they have tons of different cute ways you could mark a book without it being permanent. I’m a note taker myself
