Use a megawatt f smash mid air and then fast fall at ledge, covers jump, nuetral get up, get up attack, and jump off ledge aerial attack

So you can run and go to arms mode.

You can still do tilts out of run with B which combos into A.

You can also dash walk by initiating a dash forward, then hit down and slide your stick to down-forward (numpad notation 6-8-9)

I think a similar thing to your first concept is possible by releasing the control stick and then immediately using the c stick for ftilt while then pressing forward again
