This works really well with landscape style images, but can also work with other styles as well. SO basically you made a video on how to use stock overlays. Great.... but not really.

He didn't even say what brush to use or what setting to apply, because the brush paints over the area with a foreground color, it's not smoothing any lines. He should at least explain first how to use the brush without a foreground color being applied.
