Please, one more question: does Elements have a transform tool which will do skew, distort, and perspective?

This is apparently for a PC. On a Mac, what do we use for the Alt Key, and the "roller" on the mouse?

I lost the CS3 edition that I have on my old computer. Now, I'm looking for a perpetual license of Photoshop to only use with photos...backgrounds, warp, text...etc. If Elements does not work as additional tool to an existed program and can be use right away, what are the tools that are available to use?.

I'm wondering if it's possible to scan directly into Photoshop Elements using Twain drivers? The new versions of Photoshop do not work with Twain drivers.

Hey I got this for Christmas. But once it’s done downloading I try and launch the application but it won’t open. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling again but to not avail.
