Russian military replacing Wagner units in Bakhmut

Russian mercenaries with the Wagner Group started withdrawing from Bakhmut, to be replaced by regular government troops. The militia’s founder had announced the capture of the eastern Ukrainian city last week after one of the bloodiest battles of the war.
