LIVE Mood Of The Nation: Who Wins If Lok Sabha Polls Are Held Today? | Narendra Modi Vs Rahul Gandhi
Показать описание
The 2024 Lok Sabha elections sprung a surprise as a spirited performance by the opposition denied the BJP a majority in the Lok Sabha even as the coalition it heads, the NDA, managed to scrape through. If elections were held today, the NDA's fortunes would not change much, but the Congress would likely cross the 100-seat mark, shows India Today's Mood of the Nation (MOTN) survey.
With the Modi 3.0 government into its third month, the survey reveals that the BJP-led NDA would marginally improve its tally by six seats to 299 if Lok Sabha polls were to be held today. The opposition INDIA bloc would largely keep its tally intact, losing one seat to be at 233, according to the survey.
An interesting finding of the survey was the thinning of the rating gap between Narendra Modi and Rahul Gandhi when it came to picking who of the two was best suited to be the next Prime Minister.
