Days after tremors were felt in Iran, speculation is growing of it being a possible nuclear event. A 4.5-magnitude seismic event was reported from Iran's Semnan province on Oct 5. The epicentre of the quake was reportedly around 10 kilometres beneath the surface and close to an Iranian nuclear power plant. The earthquake's depth and proximity to a nuclear facility are now raising eyebrows. Watch for more.

Developing a nuke under 1000+ sanctions is insane

Iranian scientists were with the D.P.R.K scientists when they developed their nuclear bombs and tested them. They already had the knowledge years ago. Iran wouldn't have shot those ballistic missles the other day if they didn't have these capabilities already. It's a no brainer. 💯

It's definitely a nuke test, but why?

1. 10km depth is a automatic default for shallow quakes tremors and explosions, it's adjusted later when findings are concluded, you can see this for yourself hence why many listed official earthquakes are reported at exactly 10km not a single meter off. So basically the 10km depth is just a default value used when there's insufficient information to determine the actual depth.

2. The seismic waves resemble those from previous nuclear tests conducted by India, Pakistan, etc. They differ significantly from regular earthquake waves. Experts can identify them immediately. An earthquake has a secondary QT peak as the earth's elasticity returns to normal—imagine snapping an elastic band; there's the initial shock as it snaps and then the secondary shock as the bits hit your fingers, releasing the last of the energy. A nuclear test does not have this secondary QT peak. This event lacked a secondary QT peak, indicating it was a test, not a geological event.

3. The proximity to the Natanz nuclear facility is notable. Natanz is one of Iran's key nuclear sites and has been the focus of international attention due to its role in uranium enrichment.

4. Numerous IRGC-related channels on Rubika (an Iranian social app) and Telegram are discussing this. An IRGC commander named Haji Zade mentioned Iran acquiring a game-changing capability. Additionally, many Iranian politicians have recently spoken about Iran's ability to build nuclear weapons.

5. It's perfect timing. Israel threatened to attack Iran's nuclear sites, oil fields, refineries, and other key stuff. This could lead to a big conflict between Iran and the US.
