How to Make Awesome Low Sugar Blueberry Frozen Yogurt | Ninja Creami Deluxe Recipe

Blueberry is one of my favorite flavors for frozen yogurt! With the help of this recipe, you can also make it very simply, and with the smallest amount of sugar possible. We used Greek Yogurt, so getting the sugar content down to zero wasn't possible, but the benefits of Greek Yogurt far outweigh that negative. You can do this recipe with any ice cream making machine, but it excels when using the Ninja Creami Deluxe. The consistency comes out perfect and the texture is amazing. Try this recipe out! You'll love it for sure!

I bought the creami so my 13yo daughter, who loves to experiment in the kitchen, could make healthy treats for herself and the rest of us and we tried this recipe this weekend and we loved it! Thanks for sharing!!!

Just starting to make things with my Creami. This recipe looks easy & delicious. This channel is the easiest to follow that I've found, thus far. ❤

Research conducted by Cleveland Clinic and published in a nutrition journal found that monk fruit sweetener caused blood cells to become less flowing. As a result, they suggest this would cause risk of heart, attack and stroke. Of course, this is only one piece of research, but you should consider other artificial sweeteners if you have had heart disease like I have.

This looks yummy. I am a Weight Watcher who loves ice cream, which is the reason I bought the Ninja Creami. That said, I'd like to make this recipe using 0 Fat Greek Yogurt. Do you think I will need to make any adjustments for that? By the way, this is my first time watching one of your videos. I'm am subscribing now!

I don't have monk fruit sweetener, but I do have allulose sweetener. Do you think that would work okay? And would I use the same amount?

I bought this 25g bag of stevia extract that says 400x stronger than sugar so don't know how much to use of it. I do notice seems like a massive amount of sweetners in these recipes same with algave syrup

Hi, are you able to make this recipe without the monk fruit sugar, could I just add the yogurt and blueberries??

May I ask if you have ever made frozen yoghurt with this machine with a plant-based yoghurt? Like soy? Dairy allergy in the family and it would be amazing, if that would work.

This recipe would work with the ivation machine too? 👀

Does the fruit have to be fresh fruit or can I mix already frozen fruit in with the yogurt?

Does it have to be kept in the freezer for the whole 24 hours?

New Owner of a Creami Deluxe here with a question about this recipe.
Deluxe manual says I cannot use low fat yogurt Or sugar substitutes w/ Frozen yogurt program. (Must use lite IceCream)
So, as long as I have at least 3.5% fat yogurt with some sugar built in I can add my monkfruit sweetener and still use the FROYO program?
(Without breaking my machine or warranty?)

BTW, I am using Lakanto Sugars which of them are you using in your recipes?
Cause the standard white doesn’t dissolve easily even in hot drinks! Would their baking sugar or powdered work better?
Or should I just run the white thru my food processor to make smaller crystals?
