Check out this short clip from my virtual roundtable, “Let’s Talk Women and ADHD” that celebrated ADHD Awareness Month. On October 28th, 2024 a panel of experts shared the impact of ADHD on their lives, the barriers to diagnosis and treatment, particularly for women and adults, and the importance of advocacy and understanding in navigating ADHD. We also addressed:

- The need for better awareness and support systems to help those with ADHD thrive
- The complexities of ADHD, particularly in women
- The importance of comprehensive evaluations for adults
- The distinction between coaching and therapy
- The significance of self-care, community support, and the need for understanding and compassion in navigating ADHD
-And more

Listen in as I discuss the importance, even as an adult, to get a comprehensive evaluation by someone who understands ADHD.
