I am a 50 year old woman, and I have "adult" acquired pyloric stenosis. Also i have the gastric outlet obstruction.
I can't imagine a little baby suffering like I have through this!!
They say it is common in babies, but very rare for adults.
Mine is severe, but I'm having so much trouble finding someone that will do my surgery!
I've been through 5 surgery consultations so far!!
They say I'm so malnourished that my body is eating itself! But no one wants to do my surgery because of my health being so poor, because local hospitals are not equipped, because I need to go to a hospital that have specialists that are qualified to fully handle my case! Well I can't afford to go back and forth and out of town like that! And no guarantees they would even take me for the surgery!😮

I was diagnosed with pyloric stenosis in June of 2024. I was 68 years old. So definitely not just infants. Maybe do a little more research.
