0:53 honestly i wish ppl were talking abt this part more. i think darwins abandonment issues might stem from the origin episode where gumball gives up on trying to find him and (almost) replaces him with a new pet fish. seeing as he witnessed this, itd make sense as to why darwin felt threatened by penny (and in one of the later sessons, fuzzy): he nearly lost gumball once before, and he's scared that one day it might happen for real

0:10 expressions are amazing. Both Anais and Darwin have pretty similar expressions with how they’re both not explicitly smiling (at least in Anais’ case 😅 Darwin def not smiling. But just a small curve on Anais’ face gives you the impression that she is happy for Gumball and Penny, and that Darwin feels a bit apprehensive about them.
