I think i have seen every episode of Kitchen Nightmares and no matter what people say about him he is hard on people for a reason, but he has always had that soft spot. I subscribe to Hells Kitchen. Love that series. I often thought how the bloody hell do you cope, with all that shit. With my job I've just reached season 16.

But my job was totally different to what you have done. I'm no way as great as you. I'm good. But You are amazing. I've picked up a few pointers. The flavours and the difference you've made to a lot of my food.

I had a bad accident on my bicycle once. It was around 6 am, just before dawm and I was riding toward downtown to m y morning coffee stop. I turned to go down the street it was on, and during the night they had put up a street divider. I hit it full speed and my friends who were going along the sidewalk watched me fly on the bike as it went over twice. I lay in the rain on my back in the middle of the street and couldnt move. I had broken my left shoulder, tore the rotator cuff and broke the socket.
Bike wrecks can kill you.
