I love using TailsOS for normal day usage, and totally legal stuff.

I never do comments, but I wanted to say we love you Jeff and your absence has certainly not gone unnoticed. You have inspired me to try so many new technologies in my first couple years as a full stack engineer, but it’s your awesome sense of humor that I miss the most. Wishing you peace and clarity in your time off.

Some years ago Tails also had a "camouflage" mode where the theme of the desktop environment was changed to a Windows looking one to avoid raising eyebrows in public places such as libraries and schools that don't allow booting your own OS.

More informative in 2 minutes than 99% of half an hour long Tails tutorials ;)

Fun fact, while using Tails you can pull the USB from the computer and the computer will automatically start the shutdown/clear ram process, meaning you can put the drive on a lanyard and just yank if you don't have the time to click through to the shutdown button

I use Tails OS when I'm coding in Python because I do not want my reputation as a respectable software engineer tarnished.

I'm on the mission to get on as many three letter agency watch lists as possible by traveling the world with blank laptop and bag of Tails sticks.

Massive respect for you for also reminding us of Gary Webb and how governments can be worse than all cartels combined

Please do a "in 100 seconds" about Robotics Operating System ROS2. I think this is something really interesting that has been growing in popularity last years. Btw, your video's are awesome!

Hey Jeff, just swinging by your channel after the recent OpenAI announcement. It’s been a hot topic and reminded me how much I’ve been missing your Code Reports. Your insights always add a unique flavor to the tech buzz! Noticed you’ve been MIA for a bit – the comment section is filled with echoes of support and I’m adding my voice to the chorus. Hope all is well with you. Looking forward to your next video when you’re ready to dive back in!
