unsure if you get these comments from a post in the past but try making those japanese pancakes in a coffee cup and don't use a whisk when adding the whipped egg whites fold those in don't use a whisk use a spatula but you probably already know that one and i haven't seen it yet but i love those pancakes one of my favorites
