Amiga Music: Echo - Jesus On E's

Welcome peeps, cranking out some breakbeat techno composed by Echo. This compilation of noise is mixed together in Sequence for the demo Jesus On E's by LSD in 1992. It's 14 mods joined together to make one long tune of close to 27 minutes.

Instead of playing the tunes from start to finish of each track, I've decided to join them together to get it as close to the original demo. I did make a change to the end of track 8 (joes #07) by fading the last pattern and the credits music for Jesus On E's is not included.

The demo has been uploaded several times and I recommend you to check it out because it's cool to watch and goes well with the music. Im pretty sure I'm the only one to upload any of the tunes in tracker format :)

I highly recommend you listen to Echo's own remake done late last year using modern software

The Amiga is a series of computers released by C=ommodore from 1985 to 1993, all Amigas used the same sound chip, an 8bit, 4channel, upto 28khz PCM called "Paula".

Winuae sound settings used:
Channel mode: Stereo
Stereo separation: 30%
Interpolation: Sinc
Frequency: 44100
Audio filter: A1200

Programs used: Winuae 2.6.1 with Protracker 3.62 installed, Camtasia 7

You know, I kinda wondered why there were these 8xx values (which are typically unused) throughout the inside of the soundtrack. Turns out that each value corresponded for the visuals/effects found in the demo's code. Really cool. :P

First time I came across these Mod trackers, I played them on WinAmp. Every time I searched for Jesus on Es, there was always 1 track missing, Glad to hear them all stitched together. :-)

The copy we had came with visuals and was on 2 disks that you had to keep swapping over. Have never been able to find a copy of it 😢

These tracks sample / imitate / rip off a bunch of well known early 90s rave tracks. I recognize a lot in these tracks :)

Found my Amiga 500+ with 250Mb hard drive in the loft. I know its has loads of gfx/rave demos on it. Problem is there are no cables. Is there a cable option out there or will I need the original cables and TV modulator? Looking to connect to either TV/PC or PC monitor.
