This took pretty long but i might have forgetten someone

Edit: something came into my mind, Dorothy has the probably most ridiculous ability there is regarding the facts we have, and we only saw one ability of her. I won't include her on this list because we don't exactly know how strong she is and because there are probably a lot of limitations like with Vanessas rouge which would be too ridiculous otherwise as well, but wanted to mention it for the sake of completeness. However, if there wasn't any limitations that girl would be 1# but as i said there has to, like with Vanessa's rouge
