It is the third CG film, preceded by Degeneration (2008) and Damnation (2012), and also the third film installment with Kennedy as a main character. It was released in Japan on May 27. A sequel, Death Island, was released in 2023.

The Gun-Kata fight between Chris and Glenn might just be perhaps the most stupidly over-choreographed dual I've ever seen in a movie period, It's so stupid I love it! A shame you didn't show just a taste of it at the end!

Resident Evil Vendetta is definitely the one that leads the most into action out of the animated movies and while it’s sometimes ridiculous that’s the fun of the film and it’s an enjoyable Thriller

On February 7, it released a teaser trailer for Death Island, which is a sequel to Vendetta. It was theatrically released in the summer. It also received a physical and digital release on July 25th.

The golden hair bad lady didn't die in this movie. She got a survive scene at the end of this movie, and appeared in Resident Evil: Death Island and had a battle with Leon. So the total count should be 123.
