Wonderful to see you adamant about telling the bad with the good on pr and comped items. So many prominent youtubers pointed state they get tons of bad comped items they choose just not to mention yet go on and on about being true to viewers. And they note the great products and keep it real with viewers. Keeping it real would be showing what you don't like and showing what you do. It's self serving otherwise. Kat Von D has wonderful packaging that matches her personality and her aesthetic. Interesting to hear another country's view on her brand. I noticed you used the opposite end of the brush that was recommended for the highlight shade which may be why you experienced so much fall out...the shade side is very dense causing fall out.
