If you truly believe elections “aren’t real”, I would HIGHLY suggest you try working the polls on Election Day in your county/state so you can see up close exactly what goes on and how ballots are counted/handled. It’s easy to mistrust a process you don’t fully understand or know about but learning from the direct source would really help your knowledge and your community!

Always encouraged by other believers speaking the truth on those "controversial" topics despite potential hate. My husband and I just recently moved to the same area in North Idaho earlier this year, and we absolutely love it. We're also from Los Angeles, and I can attest to how different and lovely it is to be around like-minded people. Hi, Nikki - I’m a long time (like, 10 years or more) viewer of yours and I am SO thankful to see how your channel has grown into something so incredibly life-giving and heavy with what is true. 💜 I also wanted to comment and let you know that my husband and I moved to North Idaho, a few years ago, and continued our fostering journey here, after leaving Oregon. We are currently in the process to adopt our baby, who was place with us at birth, a year ago. Ours will be an open adoption, full of radical transparency, and we have been so BLESSED to get to love on the birth parents since the beginning of our story with them and have seen God show up in powerful, paradigm-shifting ways over and over again. I’m saying all of this to let you know that, although this is a hard road, there is so much promise and we would truly never take back all of the pain of this process, because what we’ve gained as been so much more. I’m praying for you guys! 💜

I also believe that God is in control of everything and His plans are for His glory, but there are days when it's harder to maintain that perspective, so your words helped me a lot. ❤
Also what you say about the way of praying. Some people tell you that you have to be very specific when you list the things that you are praying for or you won't get an answer, but you are absolutely right when you say that this way of praying can lead to resentment.
And also what you said about that sometimes you don't know if things are happening to you for the spiritual growth of someone else (45:44) it really is something I needed to hear.
I have had a health problem for years, there is no answer or improvement, and there are dark times when I have thought: "is it my lack of faith that is not letting me heal?" but deep inside me I know that's not the reason, still the question kept lingering in my mind. Yesterday I read Mark 5:21-23 about the resurrection of Jairus' daughter, and I meditated that it was the father's faith (not the daughter's) that made it possible. I also remembered that in Luke 5: 17-26 the paralyzed man was saved by the faith of his friends... and I thought a lot about that yesterday, that sometimes illness exists to exercise the faith of those around you (the plans of God are broader and deeper than we can imagine) ... and when I complement those teachings with what you said in the answer to your last question, now I feel more confident in what I am learning with the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

So thank you very much Nikki for sharing your ideas, your learnings, your perspectives with us, in such a sincere and honest way from your heart. May God continue to care for and protect your family and cover you with His blessings always. I send you many hugs from Mexico🥰

My pregnancies were extremely miserable. I was so sick the entire time. My husband and I decided to have our third child together (so that’s 3 kids in 5 years) and I’m so glad we did. We are done now, but I can’t imagine our lives without our youngest. (She’s our only girl. 😊) I think during it’s the worst thing ever but then you have a lifetime with that child. So worth it.

As you said, we’re in a very secular society today and having these views def gets heat, you can tell that even just from reading your comments section lol. I am naturally an under producer unfortunately. The first go around we did conventional formula and our son has severe eczema. This time around we are using the formula recipe on nourishing traditions and our second son is thriving on it. Wanted to comment this in case you do happen to need to use formula and want a much cleaner option. Praying your breastfeeding journey continues to go well!
