You can run fatter tires on 650b than with 700C because there is more head room in the fork.

Don’t think I’ll go 650🤔 45mm on 700 Fulcrum coping well atm.
I do however want to sort out tubeless but having done it on MTB I know it’s a pain! May get an LBS to do it👍🏽
