I like both but I think I'll go with the figure rise standard since I'm a Model kit builder and painter at heart! and thanks for the mod, it's very useful for those who the shf version.

Also glad that you're doing another VS review! always enjoy your vs reviews which I still think Gogeta Blue SHF vs Figure rise is probably still one of my favorite reviews you did!

Yoshaaa!! Finally! Both look good and have their perks and cons indeed, but.... I think i prefer the Figuarts better. Thanks bro! Once again great video.

I think another important factor to consider is that one is a model kit. That can be a pro, a con, or a neutral. Naturally, prices will be lower if it doesn't have to be pre-assembled and painted. But for people who like doing that kind of thing, getting to do that is a pro, rather than a con. It just heavily depends on what you favor. But if you consider building a figure and applying waterslide decals (if not painting it up entirely) to be a hassle or a hurdle in the way of having a figure of a character you want, you could very much argue that the price for the Figuarts is worth the ability to avoid that entire process.

Otherwise, the same issues as usual persist for me for the Figuarts humans.

1. Ab range is so unnecessarily limited and could and should be so much better. If the break between Mina and Kikoru wasn't enough for them to do the minor adjusting required to make that happen, then I have low hopes for Hoshina, who will need the range even more. Bummer.

2. Kikoru really should've come with an unholstered gun and an empty holster. Hell, all of the humans should have. It should have been one of those basic accessories packed in by default.

3. Heavily agreed on the shoulderpad thing and I feel the Figure-Rise tackles it way better. 9/10 times, shoulderpads should be attached to the arm, and not to the chest. It's just better in every way.

As a side note, the Figure-Rise is waaaayyy too big for me to consider putting with the other Figuarts Defense Force members. But I am considering getting her just for the accessories.

I still dont understand how they managed to fumble this line. The deisgns are so simple there was no reason to have such bad torso articulation. The lack of an empty holster and usable pistol across the line is also ridiculous. After her and Hoshina I will probably be done with the line.

I got the Sh Figuarts it's really good, But i have a problem with the Joint hands.
They presents a Stress Marks on the peg, i don't know if are a cuestion of the material on my copy.

(out of topic sorry) but regarding the series itself, its just sad yknow? Sad that the audience didnt pick it up as much. Maybe its because they only released just a few episodes therefore didn't get enough hype as much. Hoping they still put up another season with more episodes.
