Όπως ανακοίνωσε πριν από λίγες ώρες το ρωσικό υπουργείο Άμυνας, μέσω της καθημερινής ενημέρωσης που δίνει στη δημοσιότητα, οι Ρωσικές ένοπλες δυνάμεις εξαπέλυσαν φονικό χτύπημα εναντίον θέσεων των Ουκρανικών, ως αντίποινα στην επίθεση που διεξήγαγε η Ουκρανική πλευρά, την Πρωτοχρονιά, εναντίον καταλύματος που διέμεναν Ρώσοι στρατιώτες, στην πόλη Makeevka, στο Ντονέτσκ.
Αναλυτικότερα, η ρωσική πλευρά αναφέρει, ότι «οι ρωσικές υπηρεσίες πληροφοριών, αποκάλυψαν και επιβεβαίωσαν αξιόπιστα, μέσω πολλών ανεξάρτητων καναλιών, τα σημεία προσωρινής ανάπτυξης των Ενόπλων Δυνάμεων της Ουκρανίας στην πόλη Kramatorsk.» και συνεχίζει λέγοντας ότι εκεί, «υπήρχαν περισσότεροι από 700 Ουκρανοί στρατιωτικοί στον ξενώνα Νο. 28 και περισσότεροι από 600 Ουκρανοί στρατιωτικοί στον ξενώνα Νο. 47.» κατά των οποίων εξαπέλυσε μαζική πυραυλική επίθεση, που είχε ως αποτέλεσμα να χάσουν την ζωή τους περισσότεροι από 600 Ουκρανοί στρατιώτες.
Επίσης δεν αναφέρει περισσότερες λεπτομέρειες, για τον τύπο των πυρομαχικών που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν, δηλαδή αν ήταν πύραυλοι υψηλής ακρίβειας Calibr, πύραυλοι iskander ή ρουκέτες, καθώς και το πότε ακριβώς πραγματοποίησε αυτό το χτύπημα.

As the Russian Ministry of Defense announced a few hours ago, through the daily information it gives to the public, the Russian armed forces launched a lethal strike against Ukrainian positions, in retaliation for the attack carried out by the Ukrainian side, on New Year's Day, against accommodation that Russian soldiers lived in the town of Makeevka, Donetsk.
In more detail, the Russian side reports, that "Russian intelligence facilities have uncovered and reliably confirmed through several independent channels the points of temporary deployment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the city of Kramatorsk." and goes on to say that there, "were more than 700 Ukrainian servicemen in hostel No. 28 and more than 600 Ukrainian servicemen in hostel No. 47." against which launched a massive missile attack, which resulted in the loss of life of more than 600 Ukrainian soldiers.
It also does not provide further details on the type of munitions used, i.e. whether they were precision guided missiles Calibr, Iskander missiles or rockets and when exactly it carried out this strike.
