I think many women are being helped by these videos. My advice is to find as many ways to be a better you by expanding the various ways to motivate and build the confidence (not just clothing) of other women out there who are struggling with self love.

Honestly..I think the top would look great paired with another bottom. I know it's the age of skin tight 'make it look like skin' but the top was flowy and elegant, and think with the right bottom, could really pull it off.

I love Express’s tops and their slacks/trousers. we don’t have the same body type but I do agree the quality of their clothing is very good.

You should know that’s not ruching on that white top. Those are more of a tailored seam. Now it’s not a boxy fit and will compliment a woman’s body. More of a business vibe. Not a grandma vibe.

Back in the day everything in my closet was express the quality was EXCELLENT, but lately the quality has declined and whoever is their designer now is not doing a good job.

I'm glad the ladies of the world are not one size, shape or personality. Many plus size ladies work really hard to get healthier or even adjust their shape while others don't need to do any work. Where is the empathy. I don't believe a thick girl need to seek pity from the world by explaining their shape. The most important thing is to focus on improving health and ensure we treat others with kindness, empathy and compassion. Nothing is wrong in pointing out something you don't like. Look for positives too.
