In this video I unbox a pile of packages from Ebay and a Dollar Bin haul from a local comic book store. I pick up tons of awesome Silver Age, Bronze Age and Golden Age comic books. See which comic books I picked up, see if I got an really good deals (I definitely Did) and see which comic books I add to my comic book collection.

I love buying old comic books and I hope to purchase a ton more comics from the Bronze age and earlier.

You have great taste. I like the older comicstoo. Some of them just have really cool artwork and I like looking at the ads. I actually went to Goodwill yesterday and bought 175 wolverine comics for $70. I was debating it, but there were a few older comics in there including the first appearance of the defenders. Most of them were 80s and 90s wolverine which doesn’t excite me a whole lot but I’ve already put up a lot together of about 80 of them and I have some interesting about $100 so I think I can make my money back on half of them at least and get to keep a few and have a little profit.

It appears that many of your older Comic Books have really nice page quality/condition - that’s always a bonus! :€)

That FF 32 with the Kirby cover is beautiful. I think a great deal. Surprised someone who owned that comic would package it that way.
LOL 9:50 You were quickly evaluating that comics and I was like, wait what? It looks like there's a huge chunk out of the cover! the Cardy Aquaman covers! In my newest (still unopened) Ebay haul I have 3 Cardy Teen Titans covers that I always wanted. I saw some Aquaman also but didn't bid because of price or condition.
Haha! I think when we were talking about Akira it gave us both a hankering to get some. I stumbled across just one from a seller I was buying something else from and it was an early issue for $4...but after I ordered it he said that he realized it was "out of stock." Oh well...
20:20 That Looney Tunes is weird because it looks like they date-stamped Bugs Bunny's cheek and then just for fun did it again on his the reflection in the mirror? Which, pardon the pun, is rather cheeky.

Those 1940s Looney Tunes comics and New Funnies are awesome! I can only imagine what kids would have thought of them back then. Before any kind of home media, this was a guaranteed way to enjoy a cartoon story over and over.

I was fortunate to purchase a Flying Saucers Comics #1 in Fine+ condition at my “L. C. S.” A couple of years ago - I LOVE that Comic Book. It was a “right time, right place” type of Purchase - Joy! :€)

COMIC BOOK I SO agree with you on Nick Cardy! What an underrated artists. I grew up collecting comic books when he replaced Neal Adams as the main cover artist on DC titles. His cover told stories, made you really want to open the book and read what it was all about. AQUAMAN # 30 (great cover!) in VG to Fine is more of a $20 to $40 on Ebay. And your western-themed Porky Pig (actual title is FOUR COLOR) # 156 is not faded. I'm actually hunting for this issue (I love western-themed and christmas-themed cartoon characters) and every copy I've seen on Ebay looks faded like this. It was either the intention of the colorist or a slight printing error on that issue. You actually got two Porky Pig comics I am looking for. The other one is the one you called a "hallowen-themed" cover. It's not, it's really more of a western themed as the masked chaacter on the cover is a bandit. And that gorgeous Dell Giant Bugs Bunny Christmas! What a beauty! This was a great lot at a huge bargain! And the rest of the stuff was a lot of fun to watch. Lots of comics we don't see often on Youtube.

LOL why would you wait a year to open up a package in the mail of something you wanted. Oh and you mentioned while talking about the FF issue, mycomicshop.com. That's the website started by Lone Star Comics and its creator/ proprietor buddy Saunders back in the 60s and 70s when he started his mail-order business as a kid. Anyway, he comes out this way every year to attend a hardcore, eccentric little show south of Oklahoma City here. He's from Texas, so it's closed, plus he's got old friends in the hobby here. I've seen him quite a number of times. LOL he's also kind of snaked under me and bought out one of the vendors at the show (years ago) before I could go in there and search for some Catwoman issues in one of the boxes. The thing was I hadn't gotten to a few boxes until the second day and by the time I got over to that booth, the vendor was telling me that buddy had just bought out the rest of his product. It kind of chapped my ass at the time cuz there was stuff I really wanted to look for in the rest of that dealers stuff. And wowzers, you want to put together a run of Katy Keene together? Are you talking about just the main series or all the little other volumes & specials with her name on it? Some of those are incredibly hard to find, especially not beat to hell. Good luck on that though, sir. I know I'd absolutely be over the moon to find, somehow, a full run of air boy or air fighter comics from the 40s and 50s.
