Building Skills Partnership (BSP) represents a unique non-profit collaboration between the janitors' union Service Employees International Union -- United Service Workers West (SEIU- USWW), commercial building owners, janitorial employers, client companies and community leaders. SEIU-USWW represents over 40,000 low wage property service workers, most of which are immigrants working as janitors, maintenance workers and airport service workers.

Our mission is to improve the quality of life for low-wage property service workers and their families by increasing their skills, access to education, and opportunities for career and community advancement.
