Long comment, but I'm moved.

I am a native Californian who has lived in SEAsia for more than a decade. I was was asked just yesterday, "What do you miss most about California, besides your family and friends?"

It took just a moment for me to answer: "Mexicans and Mexican-Americans."

The food, the culture, the flavored version of the Spanish language, the music, the importance of family, all this and so much more.

I came here to listen to Mariachi. Clearly, this is a spectacular performance. I listened three times and wanted more.

How stunned I was was find out these are high-school students! Unbelievable.

And from a high school in my home town of Stockton, CA. I couldn't be more proud of these talented young people.

Thank you for a great video of a great performance. Yo9u gave a lot of pleasure to an old man in Thailand.

El Cascabel is my favorite Mariachi song of all time. The solos are AMAZING!! I am also in a Mariachi group, and even with the other hundreds of songs we play, El Cascabel will always be my number 1!

I dance ballet folklorico, and I have for 17 yrs, and I can definitely say that every time I hear this song I always get a sense of chills throughout my body, especially when each group of instruments is able to present its sound and what it contributes to the song overall. This is probably my favorite portrayal of this song right now. ¡VIVA!

i’m in mariachi los toritos and we learned this song and when your singing it’s fun but tiring because wearing a traje that is so heavy it’s hot but i love performing and the conference was so much much!!
