Report the counterfeiters and Amazon will ban the seller and product. Then Amazon will introduce the same product under the "Amazon Basics" brand and sell it themselves.

I purchased my second lock box from your company via Amazon with a set of Big Air 45 in May and I'm happy to confirm that I received your products with your logo.

To be sure, I will now order directly from your website.

keep up the good work!

Amazon, is probably behind it. I helped put a vacuum sealer on the map, years later it is an Amazon exclusive item that I can't even sell on my websites anymore.

They dont care if they hear from your lawyers. Enforcement doesn't exist at the end of the day.

I work for a small company that manufactures a brand made in the UK since 1870 and I feel your pain with Chinese knock-off products on Amazon. I seem to spend a huge amount of time combing listings and having them violated for trademark infringements, but it doesn't stop there because there are also so many copy products using their own or generic names which are incredibly hard to get rid of and Amazon really does not care. I've often thought about setting up a forum for small companies to discuss the pains of selling on Amazon and solutions on brand protection because I know the issues is widespread. I wish you all the luck though because you have taken time with the design and manufacturing process to provide a product with the specifics customers are looking for.

I have a background in metal fab procurement and was excited about some of the products you guys offer, only to be offended by some of the prices. Your own creator comments in one of your videos about people not wanting to pay the prices would suggest the value proposition just isn't there.
Opportunities exist to improve your production methods/ costs and or license your products to a manufacturer that has excellence in this domain.
I really like what you guys are doing and want to see fellow Canadians succeed. I hope you can manifest economies of scale to bring better value for your customers.

Amazon SHOULD just give you the money for anything of yours that was copied. That would sort the problem out instantly.

I say test it side by side with the OG out in the yard over a year or more

This is exactly why I'm wary of even working on any of my manufactured projects/products. They will blatantly copy anything and everything. Hell... they even have people camping out at the USPTO daily to get copies of recently filed patents. The worst part is that if you're a small time maker, they'll reverse engineer your project in a flash, flood the market with their garbage knock-offs, and then sue you for infringements because they tend to have resources you don't. Even IF they don't mess with you directly, they'll corner the market with your product in China (and potentially the rest of the world) before you have any idea what's going on. Those damn Pakleds are beyond frustrating.

In China Copy Right Laws translate as Copy Correctly Laws

You should do a cutting test of the copy and the original.

Well it is common knowledge, I thought, that steel in china isn't the same strength and quality as steel produced in North America. What grade of steel did they use?🤔

They did a good job of copying you. I'm shocked!! Good luck with the lawyer!!

Also, with the latest ruling against Amazon, are they responsible for enforcing patent infringement?

I'm not in the market for one, but this is made in Canada. Nuff said. I despise MiC garbage and would support a fellow Canadian first and foremost. If l am ever in the market for one, I'll be looking you up. Buy 🇨🇦

Why does Amazon make it SOOO easy to sell counterfeit items?

The Chinese have no expertise in product development just product design theft. They did the same thing on my product designs. They even had my trademark still on the product they were selling at a trade show as theirs. Guess they thought it was part of the design.
