First room is more modern and comfort vibe, first room should have won!

I like these judges. I think they really gave pro-level thoughts and critiques instead of just going, "Oh, they're both nice."

omg that first bed and the second dog bed perfect

I liked the winner's color scheme. The masculine dark room would be perfect for my bachelor son. However, with a few color changes, I would def choose the masculine room!

Love the second mire feminine room....

I'd pick the first room, but switch the linen and the accent color with the second room. All those synthetic and metallic fabrics encourage neither getting romantic nor a good night's sleep. Bright orange works great in a kid's or teen's room but is too energetic/chaotic for an adult bedroom unless softened to coral or peach in the same way red in an adult bedroom can go very tacky and desperate (at least in western culture) but a lighter shade of red (pink) can feel ultra-feminine or even neutral. That purple shade from the winning room is what sold it, I think. It is a very romantic and peaceful color at the same time, exactly what most mature people want to promote in their bedrooms.

Wow. As a woman, hands down it was the second room that I ooohed and awwwwed my way through. First room was more gender neutral leaning slightly more masculine. I think I understand the choices - the female designers of the first room may have been thinking "this is what a man might envision as romantic." But typically master bedrooms are designated as the realm of the wife and tend toward the more feminine. That's why men have their "man caves." LOL!

As a mature women, I prefer the clean lines of the masculine room and less trinkets to dust. I would incorporate a feminine color (soft mauve/lavender) to achieve the romantic aura.

great choice, the room does speak to both gender and it's overall palette is comfortable.

Again I agree with the judges. I preferred the color palette of the winning room, I liked the table and chairs and chaise area. I felt that this room was much prettier. I can not see the orange, brown colors in a bedroom so this was a big turn off even though technically it was well done.

Tell us what you think! Which design is the winning romantic modern bedroom?

Tough call. Although I would have gone with the losing room because the winning room appeared to me as if the chairs were stolen from my grandmas house so definitely not modern. Also I would not have given priority to the dog so the losing room would have been the winning room for me overall.
Love this series,

The music is SO loud, I couldn't even hear the lady in pink speak. This seems to be a new trend, even in films.

Love the second room! The first did not appeal to me.

The first room was the best, it had a modern look. Bedding could be changed. The gold shelves were beautiful. I do think the headboard was too dark but the style was modern and sleek. I hated the second bedroom. It looks like an old ladies room to me or maybe a mother's room. I did love the side table mirrors and the bed but disappointed with all the other furnishings and overall look. I can't believe that room won.

The masculine room appealed to the pleasure of a man. The more feminine room was more of a turn on, since once a woman is turned on the man wins.

The first room, the sofa, is anyone going to want to sit there inches from that unnecessary wall unit?

I liked the first room, the furniture in the winning room was not my taste too ornate and old fashion. The bed was the only thing that I liked in the winning room. I guess I’m not a girly girl, because if my husband had decorated my room like the winning room I would not have been uncomfortable.

Tough don't know... great rooms. I have to agree with the choice, though I dont like animals in the house and I am a dog lover .
