There's a successful chocolate bar called a "Crunchie" in the UK that is honeycomb covered in Chocolate, it's quite nice.

1 1/2 cups of sugar
1/4 cup of light corn syrup
1/4 cup of water
1 tablespoon of honey
Cooked til 325 degrees
1 tablespoon of baking soda

Its called sea foam when you dip it in chocolate! We get them in stores in Michigan around Christmas Time unfortunately so many stores haven't learned that thick ass ones are near impossible to bite into and wont make them smaller
