Sunnyside is an up and coming 3D farming JRPG that is unlike nothing I've ever seen. Not like Stardew, Portia (though not technically a farm sim), Harvest Moon - nothing. I've covered it once before but holy holy have things changed since then. And changed for the better, mind you.

It is developed by RainyGames Studios and is set for release on PC, Switch, Xbox, and PlayStation, and OMG I'M EXCITED FOR IT!!!

I love how most of these kinds of games focus on showing an older or more traditional farming lifestyle and here is Sunnyside having a fully functioning phone and laptop with complicated tech options like solar panels. So cool!

This looks interesting and very ambitious. I like that character creator, and I love that they used a drone to make sense of the construction mode. This is the kind of thing I was waiting for, an interesting and modern farming game.

You know what impresses me the most? Usually when people try to make things more realistic, it loses aesthetic appeal, but this game still looks pretty regardless.
