Ah yes, the "Olivia doesn't die nor does Origami Castle appear" ending. Requirements are...
1. Crash _into_ the castle, not enter through the door.
2. Meet Olivia and Bowser immediately without use of 1000 fold arms
3. Meet Bowser Jr at the prologue.
4. Encounter and save Grandsappi immediately AND find Luigi
5. Give Bobby a fuse immediately
6. Find the Crash Bandicoot Mask
7. Find Prof Toad and the Fire Vellumental cave without singing and get your car stolen
8. Reenact the Titanic and get a game over whilst finding Luigi
9. Get nose stamped by toad and find Bowser Jr in one piece
10. Destroy the wall again and somehow kill Stapler without causing the Castle to transform.
11. *Kill Olly as soon as possible*
12. Get punched by Bowser.
