I have GTX 1660 attached as external GPU to my old laptop. I can forget it to play Dirt 2.0 in any setting other than low. So, at least now I know what is the bottleneck and its time to get a proper PC :)

gpu is bottlenecked. It would be hella more bottlenecked if you were playing on 1080p. upgrade your cpu
