Please make a new revision of the HAF XB EVO, I simply love the form factor - ditch the 5.25" and hot swap bays with increased length and height to give more room for massive air coolers and GPUs 🙏

Almost E-ATX motherboards are hi-end motherboards. Please upgrade front panel [ USB 3.2 Gen 2x1 Type C --> USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type C ] for all Full Tower Cases (HAF & COSMOS series).

I sincerely hope it will be followed by Nepton V2 High-performance AIO Coolers, Excalibur V2 & JetFlo V2 Fans just like the SickleFlow V2 Fans and V8 Series High-performance Air Coolers. I really miss the good old days of PC Hardware way back 2014 and prior years when RGB Lighting & Tempered Glass Panels are not yet a trend as well as present in PC Builds and manufacturers compete purely on performance/benchmark figures & cooling capacity. I hope those times will have a comeback.

The HAF 700s are great, but the HAF 500s have a lackluster bottom compartment. The PSU shroud should've gone all the way to the front, hiding the HDDs, and the HDD bays needed a better cable cutout for passing sata and power cables there.

I hope you guys will consider releasing a HAF 550 or HAF 500 Black Edition or some other variant that ditches the GPU fan and improves the bottom compartment. Maybe make it slightly bigger so we can fit a 420mm AIO at the top too.

I know these cases are all about air-flow but am I the only one here who thinks these cases look weird without a PSU shroud? I know it sounds silly since the PSU is mounted behind the motherboard tray but these cases would look better and more balanced if there was one.

CM, I bought a Watercooler ml240 illusion in Brazil and it came with a defect, I sent it to the RMA and they just keep stalling and sending automatic messages, my case is not unique, in Brazil there are many cases like this, we consumers of CM are being treated like trash in Brazil and RMA won't refund our money, this is criminal, please do something about it!!!

I hate square shape for computers it is the most inefficient shape for cooling off a device.
