I just recently purchased one of these (not fitted) and probably had one of my best putting rounds in a couple years last weekend. There is a learning curve to using this, and it was apparent when your wife/girlfriend was putting. (saw the ball hop off the face instead of roll) Even though there is "built in" forward shat lean in the club, you still have to press your hands forward before putting. People have said in other reviews, and I agree, that you have to play the ball a little further back than where you normally play it as well. I find that helps you easily get your eyes over the ball.

If you place the club on the ground and just grip it, you will see a LOT of the white insert on the face. This is where you need to "forward press" until you see just a tiny sliver of the insert, or none at all. Playing the ball back a little and doing the forward press will give you some great rolls! Even though I misread some putts, I was hitting where I was aiming every single time!

I've been interested and have done a lot of research into "zero torque" putters since Lab was getting so big. Never liked the looks of the Labs, and most traditional center shafted putters have the shaft right in the face. I prefer how the shaft is set back in the Square to Square. It is very easy to square the face to your target line with the contrasting colors, which means your confidence should go up on those 2-6 footers! My previous putter was an AI One Double Wide, and I putted pretty well with it, but the Jailbird Square to Square feels like a game changer to me!

if you watch the video you will see you are putting with the putter slightly toe up, this means the putter head is too far away from you, your eye will not be over the ball making it hard to line up correctly, try standing up a little straighter to bring the putter a little closeer and flat not toe up.
