Yeah, I have the same problem with jerky acceleration which can be quite dangerous. I don't like the turn throttle when the press button on my KQi3 Pro works like a dream. Chill mode doesn't seem to work. Also the hydraulics aren't making the ride smoother. Not a happy customer right now after spending 700 Euros. As usual, the after-sales service is a complete nightmare to deal with. If they don't get a grip, the sheer weight of disappointed customers is gonna sink them. You can't just take people's money then treat them like garbage

When will the scooter be sold on Amazon? Shouldn't this have happened already?

It is impossible to have a smooth ride with this scooter, the throttle acceleration is jerky and abrupt.
A firmware update was released more than a month ago which improves on the throttle response by allowing to choose a “Chill” mode but it is so glitchy that I wouldn’t recommend installing it.
I hope NIU can fix these issues sooner. It has been more than 2 months since this scooter was brought to market.

I can't recommend Niu at the moment - something isn't working with the repair request. You have to enter this online, but there is an error when entering the VIN/FIN number so I can't send the scooter in. After 84km my scooter no longer runs. and no one helps from NIU. just funny emails, I should wait. However, I was already told in the first email - the error "error message 42" cannot be solved by the distance - so what am I waiting for now??? If you wanted a scooter that wouldn't drive after 42km then NIU

I ordered KQi 300P for my elder son's Birthday and received it around April. The scooter rear tire was punctured and cut by broken glass and can not be repaired. The tire size is 10.5 x 2.5 and required to replace it. I CAN NOT buy it anywhere because of not available the size. Even NIU website don't have and not available. Almost about one month already and NIU did not respond my requests or concern. I'm considering buying a Segway for my younger son's incoming Birthday and no more NIU. NIU don't have any spare parts in supply and selling scooter upfront is not a business practice.
