Maybe I'll try using mine again. It worked well for awhile, but then I started getting inconsistent results. I'm not saying it was only related to the double squeegee since my press is older, but when I switched back to the single squeegee/double stroke, my prints were good. Also, regarding the speed, this will greatly depend on your flash time, and whether or not you are double printing on a different print head. If you are only doing one stroke, and you don't need the flash, then it is definitely faster. I have two double squeegees, one for white and one for black. Both gave me mixed results, but I'm going to dust them off and try again. Always appreciate your videos!

Yeah man. That Action version is not the first. Double blade units have been around for at least 35 years but they were not technically thought out as well. The durometers chosen by Action are spot on especially with water based and discharge. Single strokes have been and should always be the goal for speed as long as you have the curing power for the run rates.
I've been using these from the beginning of Actions launch and have to say they are well worth the cash. Clean up does suk but hey, Its mostly for white Plastisol UBs anyway and H2O inks. 1 stroke all the way yall. You will find especially with viscous Plastisol, you have to limit the ink load in the screen and monitor the well more often because to much viscous ink can inhibit the second blades contact and not sheer the deposit properly. To much ink is a no no. 15 degrees and medium speed and pressure are keys too. Happy Printing yall 🤠

Hahahaha fuck eh… it actually worked 😂😂😂. Well a guy will have to pick one up now, my mind especially went to less wear and tare on your press as well. If you’re only doing 1 stroke compared to 2 that’s half the work for your equipment. We print so much 1 colour white prints it’s Fucking bonkers. I’ll be getting one for our “base” and top whites 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻 appreciate the video brother.
