I had a positive Lachman test after a knee injury a few years ago, despite no ACL tear. Turned out that both my knees did that, and I mentioned to the PT that my hips and shoulders often pop out like that.
What could that indicate?
How do I fix it?
I really devoted myself to PT exercises for about two years and intense strength training for about a year, and it barely did anything 😕 I haven’t been brave enough to jump on trampolines since I was 14 (now 21) because of many painful and close calls to severe injury.
