I think one way this game could be well improved on, is the soundtrack. There are some cool songs, but I want it like the old trilogy. The old techno badass tracks which made Ratchet and Clank. Epic.

I believe that the wrench changer is a cheat in the game but most people don't bother with skill points (I definitely bother with the skill points) also it would be cool if there was a way to make ratchet another character not the skins like you actually change ratchet's size to be qwark or something if you know what I mean

NICE! We get to see Ratchet without his wrench. Also, I really wish that they added the Time Bomb as a purchasable weapon, instead of being able to use it when you re-unite with Clank

Theres one thing you could do; theres 3 cut weapons, the razor talons, a phoenix launcher, and some ball gadget. I know there in the insomniac museum and theres references in the code, so could you enable them?
