I'm literally almost crying. Lzzy is the best person you'll probably ever meet in the entire world.
I haven't met her yet, but it's my goal.
I've been tweeting Lzzy since January about the ending of my battle with self harm. I've been battling it for 2 years and this year is my quitting point. January 15th, I tweeted Lzzy Hale, thanking her for inspiring me to stay strong and how I was 24 days clean. She tweeted me back telling me she was proud of me. That was the first time she had ever tweeted me back and I cried so much because I wasn't expecting her to tweet me back. She's been tweeting me back every month since then and now, tomorrow, I will be 4 months clean.
If it weren't for her, I wouldn't have such motivation to keep going. She motivates me to keep on going. I look forward to tweeting her every time I'm a whole new month clean and that's what's keeping me strong.

When you kind of shared the story behind the song and when Lzzy belted out the chorus, it makes me teary-eyed. The song is pure beauty. Although it was the whole thing, I can say that the song is as powerful as Lzzy's voice. I means something to me and I want to thank you for sharing your passion and art. When Lizzy "screams" with a "scratched voice" that 'A' in "Shatter Me" is my favourite part of the lyrics. And right after that my favourite violin part of yours. The Dubstep with the several notes played in that part... all in all I loved the song! ;)

I just discovered Halestorm a week or two ago through a multifandom video and fell in love with they're music. Then decided to see what Lindsey's album would song like since I saw Lzzy post about it on twitter, I had known about Lindsey for sometime know but was super happy when I heard the snippet of the song.
