I would think it is going to be good news - when the re-opening for people to enter Viet Nam does take place - for English teachers also as there will be big demand for their services. It's absolutely bonkers that they restrict swimmers to a limited time. How is forcing everyone to be together at the same time, crowding the beach, better than letting everyone spread out their swim throughout the day?
