Unleashed Teleport - New TP changes

On PBE, there are several changes for TP tested. Before 14 minutes, you cannot use TP on minions or wards and you do not get a speed boost. Only after turret platings fall, you can TP on minions and wards and do get the speed boost.

Let's see if they keep these changes for live.

The way is see it is such, top lane champs that need some scaling (i.e. tanks, some bruisers etc.) are going to have a way easier time since their enemy laner (if it is an early game pick) wont be able to shove go back freeze lane and have tp available to counter gank or gank bot lane. In my opinion it seems more of a pro-focused change but even then it won't change much because the first tp is usually to get back to lane or have a 4 man dive bot which is used at 5 or 6 min add the 5 min cooldown and it's already 11 min.

thanks riot. games already decided pre-15 minutes and now top lane will feel even more disgusting and worthless to play. gonna watch my botlane trade 30 kills in 15 minutes as i farm 3 CS against malphite tank ig

it seems like a shen buff to me. He now has way even more map pressure than any other toplaner. It will probably make him stronger and rito will nerf him asap

I hate how complex things need to be in league need to be now. Like I remember when tp was just 300s flat second cooldown with nothing else to it. Like watch them remake cleanse with its description being sum like

Cleanse: 240 - 180s CD (based on stacks)

After 5 seconds in combat, you gain the ability to cleanse a crowd control effect. Cleanse cannot be used otherwise. Additionally, for each second in combat after 5 seconds you begin generate cleanse stacks which reduces the cd of your next cleanse.

Cleanse also gains different effect depending on how many stacks were saved up from the previous use

5 stacks: 2% movement speed for 10-20s (depending on how many dragons have been slain by your team).
10 stacks: 5% chance to generate a windwall upon usage of a basic ability after 3s of using cleanse which only blocks dragon attacks and tower shots within 500 range after 10min of ingame time have elapsed.
20 stacks: Cleanse generates a random summoner spell bubble which can only be picked and used up by an ally with a support item.
30 stacks: Temporarily grant a decaying move speed bonus to your team for 2 minutes as long as the enemy team has at least 2 fallen enemy structures and has killed herald at least once before 5min.

Toplane's gonna be even more of a lonely island now. I kinda like these changes though. Toplaners won't have to focus on the map and botlane is gonna have less parties. Also ignite top will finally be viable.

If they hard buff early tp cooldown it could be a good change, otherwise it just brings f*cking ignite even more in the top meta...

This is such a shit change. There’s so little incentive to take tp vs ignite in the midlane and this means that every single mid owner will take ignite and mages with just be left in the dust because they can’t do anything about a zed killing them under 50% health and they can’t just tp back to lane.

consequence : even faster bcs dying on solo lane mean so much more lsot than before
