In this video I take a very brief and simplistic look at what STM32 is? What is a STM32 Microcontroller? What does it mean if the MCU is 32 bit? What is ARM Architecture? What is a Cortex Processor? What's the difference between Discovery kits and Nucleo Boards? All of this I quickly touch on in this video.

Great stuff man! I just finished my masters in Automotive software engineering and I used mbed for my masters project. I created a battery management system for an electric race car. I have been working with STM boards for over 3 years now and I have done some projects with the STM NUCLEO L432KC and I came across your channel because I am looking for tutorials on mbed to help me understand more advanced stuff. Just dropping by again, nice to see you're moving onto the more advanced stuff! Have been rather snowed under at my own university (EM waves...) so haven't been keeping up. BTW, the STM32 core depends on the numbers following (eg. F0 is the weakest core, M0, while the H7 will have an M7).

You forgot in the comparision STM32F103 have a native USB which in Arduino doesn't exist. It can work as CDC, MSC and HID and so on.
