He should get at least 30 years in prison for attempted murder. No parole.

Praying for the train operator and his family as he recovers from this horrendous and senseless crime. This is what happens when you keep letting these ppl back on the streets to intimidate and harass innocent ppl utilizing this subway system to get to around the city.
Cops need to start stopping ppl meandering the subway system w/no destination in mind. Lock him up and keep him locked up this time. Parole and probation isn’t going to keep them off the streets, but prison will.

How do you only get 3 yrs in prison as a repeat felony offender. This has to stop.

A menace to society allowed to assault, attack, repeatedly, abd let out on parole? Why ? How can a repeat felon guilty of assault allowed out on parole? Its stupid and reckless.

Every time he was released from jail he was given a Metro Card to return to court

And this is the problem with the justice system. We let this idiot back out meanwhile theres non violent offenders getting way more time etc. whole justice system needs a rework man.

Edit: To clarify and add context this is coming from a felon. Non violent offender and not drug related. However I've spent a lot of time in jail throughout my life and I can tell you from first hand experience that there's so many people who get out that shouldn't! And so so many talented lost souls who should be let out and we're just wrong place wrong time or had a bad day. We're all one bad day away from our lives being in shambles. Difference is this guy actually has a bad day everyday. Someone should be held accountable for letting violent offenders out like this.

Rap sheet as long as a CVS receipt but still allowed to menace the streets. SMH, praying for that worker, just a year shy of retirement.

A person like this cannot be rehabilitated there should be no parole or probation. This is ridiculous if only these people had did their jobs he would’ve still been locked up.

Career criminal. If convicted, this man needs to be in prison for life without parole.

It seems like the Justice department isn’t doing so well. They keep letting him out.

this man wants to be in jail. people think that is crazy but it is true. in jail he has a room, food he can go to school or a small job, he can go to the gym, make friends. he can go to the doctor or counselor all on tax payer dollars. he doesn't have to worry about taking care of himself in jail.
